Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Pick 3 Genius website and related informational services (the “Service”). By visiting the site, submitting information, or purchasing a summary, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pick 3 Genius provides manually prepared, informational, educational, and research-oriented summaries concerning historical Pick 3 lottery draw data. Reports may discuss digit frequency, positions, pairs, repeats, doubles, trend indicators, and organized candidate sets. The Service is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Lottery drawings are random and uncertain. Historical observations do not determine future results. No statement, example, candidate set, trend, or report is a promise or guarantee of a winning result. You may not win, and you are solely responsible for any decision to purchase a ticket or use information provided by the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal lottery-playing age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that your access, purchase, and use are lawful where you live. The Service is not directed to minors.

Use only discretionary entertainment funds. Do not borrow money, chase losses, or use money needed for housing, food, transportation, medicine, bills, or other essential expenses. The safest choice is not to play.

Each $8.50 order covers one custom Pick 3 analysis summary for one state unless a different offer is clearly stated at checkout. After payment, you must provide the requested state and enough information to identify your payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing, inaccurate, or incomplete customer information.

The standard delivery target is within 10 hours after the required state and order details are received, usually sooner. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by workload, technical problems, email filtering, force majeure, or the need for clarification. You are responsible for providing a working email address and checking spam or junk folders.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe's separate terms and privacy practices apply to checkout and payment processing. Pick 3 Genius does not store complete payment-card numbers on this website.

Because each report is a customized digital informational service and work may begin promptly after the required details are received, all sales are final once preparation has started, except where a refund is required by law. Contact us first regarding any billing or delivery concern so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent information, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the Service for an unlawful purpose.

Site text, layout, graphics, branding, and report formatting are owned by Pick 3 Genius or its licensors and protected by applicable law. A purchased report is licensed for the customer's personal, noncommercial use. You may not resell, republish, mass distribute, or use it to create a competing service without written permission.

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA, Google advertising services, and external educational resources. We do not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access, although reasonable efforts are made to maintain the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or any particular lottery outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pick 3 Genius will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; gambling losses; or decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pick 3 Genius and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains information handling, payment processing, advertising technologies, and contact-form data.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, business practices, or legal requirements. The current version and revision date will be posted here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
